Joelie Chisholm FCA
Shortly after Lottery funding was introduced into the UK Sporting system it became my mission to bring my professional expertise into the sporting sector, and other not for profits. Having held a number of C-suite and director roles in sporting and other not for profit organisations I have firsthand experience of the challenges that they face. I know that there are improvements to be made in the way that these organisations are run. I am also a Professionally certified Executive coach bringing my sporting coaching and executive experience together I have successfully worked with individuals and organisations to work through succession planning and other challenges. I am passionate about combining my professional expertise and experience to enable organisations to be even more impactful and release valuable staff and volunteer time to add value, drive performance and move these organisations forward.
Other passions of mine include my two children and husband, plus being active, preferably outdoors. Having started in equestrian sports I have participated in several through my life including netball, rowing, triathlon, stand up paddleboarding and now ultra running. Having represented both GB and Australia in Triathlon.
